Tea Relieves Stressed Out Massage Therapist

by Lucy
(Indianapolis)

After a full day of clients, this massage therapist wants a cup of tea! Tea relieves stressed out massage therapists. Driving around from house to house, across the city, some calming tea and a good video or book do the trick. Ideally, a massage would be great but no one in my family is a massage therapist like me.

Unless the temperature is soaring outside, I will take the tea hot. Green tea is especially helpful in relieving my stress. Most of the stress comes, not from the client massages, but from the awful traffic. My practice is an outcall practice. Most days, I can schedule houses close to each other, but some days, I have to drive all over the city and traffic is horrible.

I try to sit in traffic and tell myself that soon I will be home, having some tea and reading a good book.
