Stress Eating

Stress eating is not a good thing but if I am honest, I will admit that is what I do when I am stressed out. Anything delicious, whether meat, pasta, pizza, or sweet things will do, depending on my mood at the time.
I work at a spa and I don't get much time to eat while there. It is client after client after client and hurry, hurry, hurry or you will lose your job.....
I am ready to lose it, believe me. It is just that my bills need the money. So to compensate, I overeat. I need a new job and some control. Stress eating affects a whole lot of people. Obesity in this country is sky high. Most of the clients I see are overweight.
I am looking for a new job and I am trying to eat more fruits and veggies.
