My favorite learning tools are the videos that massage therapist Ralph Stephens puts out. I have his series on chair massage routines, both relaxation and therapeutic chair massage. Ralph Stephens videos are excellent. He uses live models with muscles drawn on their skin so you can see exactly what muscles you are working on in various parts of the body.

He goes step by step showing how you should move and what is best for the client. He is a great teacher. He has also come out with a new chair massage book last year and it is well written and easy to read.

I would recommend purchasing all of the Ralph Stephens Videos you can find. He is an awesome massage therapy teacher.
