Nashville International Airport Massage

Yesterday, I got a Nashville International Airport Massage! It was so unbelievably great. Just what I needed!

I arrived at the airport in Nashville yesterday, tired and sore from lugging carry on bags for my kids and myself. We were in concourse C and all of a sudden we passed a shop called Massage Bar. Two massage therapists were giving chair massages to passengers. Oh, it looked like it would feel so great. So I sat my 2 teens down in some chairs with the baggage and went in to get a massage.

The prices were reasonable. $19 for 15 minutes of heaven. $35 for $30 minutes of bliss. $18 for foot massage and $4 for heat treatments. I signed up for the 15 minute chair massage and what a world of difference it made for me. The soreness in my shoulders and in my lower back was gone in minutes and I felt and still feel great. When I go back to the airport to go home next week, I think I will stop in and get another along with a foot treatment or maybe I will get the 30 minute treatment.

Life is too short to always go around in pain and not take care of myself. From now on, I am going to get regular massages. I need to start pampering myself. No one else is going to do it! I am worth it.
