Massage Therapy Business Card
An important tool for marketing your practice is the massage therapy business card.
Hopefully, by the end of class, the students who want their own massage business will already have decided on the type of practice they want, such as an in-office practice, an outcall practice, a combination of both, corporate chair massage, or a combo of both table and chair.
If the student has not already done so, a name for the practice should be chosen. This will be needed for the business card.
A logo, such as a drawing, photo, or the way the letters in the name look should be chosen to give the massage therapy business card a professional look and feel.
A business and/or cell phone number should also be on the card, along with an e-mail address and a website if the student has one.

The name of the therapist and the types of services performed should be listed. If the massage therapist has an office where massage therapy is performed on clients, the office address should be listed on the card.
Business cards can be ordered from many online businesses or the student can go to a local printshop or an office supply company to order cards.
Pass them out frequently. You should order at least 1000 to start and take some with you wherever you go. They are a wonderful marketing tool. However, they will do you no good if they sit at home in a box. Remember this and give, give, give them out wherever you are!
