Male Massage Therapists

Hi, I started massage therapy classes about 4 weeks ago in Texas. There are 2 guys in class and 20 ladies. I asked my instructor about this. He said that about 84% of massage therapists throughout the United States are female. We need more male massage therapists. He also said it will be tougher for me to get female clients due to trust factors. He said he has been through it all and most of his clients are male. So come on guys, I know you are out there wanting to become male massage therapists. Join up. This profession is not just for women. I encourage you to leave your unfulfilling jobs and learn how to help others by becoming massage therapists, male massage therapists. Let's turn that statistic around!
