Hot Bath For Stress

I like to take a hot bath for stress days. The hotter the better. I put in a ton of bubbles or bath oil and just lay there and soak. It softens my muscles, relaxing them. This causes a lot of the pain and tension in my shoulders to melt away.
Some days I will light an aromatherapy candle while I soak or I will use aromatherapy bath oil to relieve my stress.
It is almost like being in a hydrotherapy pool. Love it.
