Friendships Relieve Stress

For me, friendships relieve stress. I hang out with one or two of my girlfriends a couple of times a month. We talk, watch a movie, eat, listen to the radio or TV and just enjoy girltime. We leave the kids at home with the husbands and just have fun.

This is especially helpful when I am totally stressed about something and need to talk. Friendships relieve stress, especially for women. Where guys just want to solve problems, women need to express the problem and how they feel about it and see how their girlfriends feel about it. It really helps to know that your friends care and to know what they think about it.

Girlfriends are great to have.
