Thank you for sharing what is going on with California massage therapy. I agree with you that if that many massage therapy businesses are really prostitution businesses, then the state does need to regulate massage therapy. California is such a big tourist place and there are so many attractions that it would be harder to oversee everything going on if there is no consistent law across the state.
Keep us posted on what is going on. My massage instructor had told us he practiced in California for a while and each city was different in what you could and could not do. California massage therapy and massage in all states should be regulated.
